Brady Flanary: A History of HVAC Excellence & Customer Commitment

As an apprentice in his father’s Commercial HVAC company, where he began as an installer’s assistant and eventually became fabrication shop manager and later worked in sales, Neil Flanary learned every aspect of the heating and air conditioning business.

In 1992, he founded Brady Flanary HVAC, initially focusing on new construction heating and air conditioning installation. After 8 years in new construction, customers were noticing Brady Flanary’s high standards of excellence and, as a result, the company began to grow. Realizing his standards were a cut above the rest, Neil decided to depart from new construction and became solely devoted to servicing and replacing existing residential heating and air conditioning systems. In residential replacement and repair, Brady Flanary is able to provide in-home consultation regarding every aspect of the customer’s needs. Today, Brady Flanary offers their staff of highly trained, NATE-certified technicians and installers as beacons of HVAC excellence.

Neil’s passion for his industry and his desire to be the best HVAC company in the market led him to change focus completely and risk the entire company by “starting all over” and specializing in just the residential heating and air conditioning market. By focusing all efforts and the company's resources into this one area, Brady Flanary has created a service and quality standard that is second to none.

Brady Flanary's commitment is more than just providing the best possible service, its about taking care of their community. Strong family values and the success of Brady Flanary HVAC motivated them to “give back” to their communities. One of the ways that they achieved this was through a contest held on 99.5 WMAG where listeners could phone-in and send emails to nominate a family who was greatly in need of heating during the winter. Brady Flanary installed a free heating and cooling system in the winning family’s home. Neil commented on the experience, saying, “Helping a family in need …touched our hearts…and the joy of giving and outpouring of emotions we experienced will forever affect each of us involved in the giveaway.” Brady Flanary continues to grow and expand, and will continue to find ways to give back to the communities that Brady Flanary HVAC serves.
