Neil Flanary   General Manager   Neil has more than 2 decades of experience in the heating and air conditioning business. He has specialized in residential installation and service for the past 21 years. Prior to starting Brady Flanary, he served as installation and sales technician for his father’s commercial HVAC company. Neil’s relentless pursuit of excellence has won many awards including commendation from the United States Congress.
Teresa Flanary   Office Manager   Teresa has more than 2 decades of experience in managing the office operations of a heating and air conditioning business. In addition to managing the daily office operations, Teresa is in charge of accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Rodney Sobolik   Field Service Manager   Rodney has over 15 years of service experience in the residential heating and air conditioning industry. He has his NATE certification, which is the highest level of certification a technician can receive in the heating and air conditioning industry. Prior to joining Brady Flanary, Rodney served four years as an engineer in the United States Navy.
Mikey Keaton   Installation Manager   Mikey has over 8 years of experience in the installation of residential heating and air conditioning systems. He is well known for his attention to detail and his eye for perfection. His oversight of our residential installation team has generated an unparallel level of quality.
